Creating career opportunities for individuals is a huge part of why our founder, Holly, created Honest in the first place, and we believe helping the team develop and progress is a big part of what makes an agency a success. That’s why we’re so excited to share the latest news from Honest HQ – our very own Dani and Sophie have both received very well-deserved promotions!
Dani, who joined Honest Communications as an account executive last year, has quickly climbed the ranks to take on the role of account manager. With an infectious passion for the home and garden world, a flair for creating compelling content, and a natural ability to foster strong client relationships, this new role will see Dani manage her own portfolio of brands at the agency – and we just know that she’s going to smash it!
Sophie has also received a promotion and will now assume the role of junior account executive, having initially joined us on a part-time student placement – our newest initiative designed to give individuals a foot in the PR door. Sophie has remained committed to her work while juggling her studies (which couldn’t have been easy!), and has taken on a full-time position now that she’s completed her degree in Business Studies. Sophie will be working across all Honest’s client accounts, providing invaluable support to the wider team. We can’t wait to have her around on a permanent basis and we’re certain she has an extremely bright future ahead of her here at Honest!
This latest announcement closely follows another significant promotion within the agency – earlier this year you may remember that longstanding employee Fay Clarkson took on the role of the agency’s first-ever Operations and Account Director, working alongside Holly to drive the business into a rapid phase of growth.
But that’s not all! We’re also currently recruiting for two new positions – account executive and account manager – to further support its expansion, having recently welcomed new brands Alitex, Ark Wildlife, and Melanie Hick Garden Design to our client portfolio.
