Here at Honest Communications we’re marking our first anniversary by moving in to new offices and welcoming a new account manager to the team!
A busy year and then a recent succession of new clients has allowed us to move into the Derwent Business Centre on the outskirts of Derby City Centre, and to take on our new account manager, Rosie Ferrer.
In our first year, Honest Communications has supported a whole host of leading industry names. A highlight of the year was when we were appointed by David Austin Roses to help support the PR activity at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, starting with behind the scenes filming with the BBC and Mary Berry, and culminating in managing press and celebrity attendance at the company’s stand at the world-famous show.
As well as supporting national consumer brands, we’ve also been helping local businesses with their PR and social media, as well as completing copywriting projects – something which is planned to continue with the launch of a new case study writing package.
As if a new team member and new offices weren’t enough, we’ve also given the Honest branding a refresh as well as starting to work with two new clients. Honest Communications has been appointed to handle the PR for Hillier, which holds the world-record for the most consecutive gold medals at the Chelsea Flower Show, as well as looking after the UK publicity for the elho, a Dutch plant pot company.
Exciting times ahead!!
