It’s shaping up to be a super exciting year here at Honest, as we’ve welcomed yet another new client to our portfolio! We’re buzzing to share the news that we are now working with bespoke landscape and garden design firm, Melanie Hick Garden Design (MHGD), helping to take its business to the next level.
Headed up by Melbourne-born and London-based designer Melanie Hick, we’ve been brought on board to promote her show garden, “The Climate-Forward Garden,” at RHS Hampton Court Palace Garden Festival this summer.
As you most likely already know, we’re not strangers to supporting our clients at RHS shows and other gardening events. Over the years, we’ve worked with clients including Hillier Garden Centres, Henchman, Alitex, Oxenwood and Seedball across many key calendar dates. Last year, we also had the pleasure of providing PR and social media support for one of the RHS Chelsea Flower Show‘s main show garden, The Memoria & GreenAcres Transcendence Garden, working with celebrity Jeff Brazier to inspire visitors to open up about death, bereavement and grieving.
So, you can imagine how suitably excited we were when Melanie got in touch to ask for our help promoting her show garden. Its design is set to inspire visitors to transform their small outdoor spaces and courtyards into relaxing retreats with sustainability and style at the fore. Think drought-resistant and flood-tolerant planting with pops of bright colours against a muted background and a relaxing central water feature surrounded by gravel and seating. Trust us, it’s dreamy!
But that’s not all! As well as supporting with the promotion of “The Climate-Forward Garden,” we’ll also be providing wider digital PR services to help elevate the MHGD brand and further cement Melanie as a leading garden designer in the industry. Watch this space for Melanie’s top tips and expert advice appearing all over the internet – and spoiler alert, you may have spotted a few pieces already live!
RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival takes place from 2nd to 7th July this year, so if you haven’t already got your tickets – grab them now here and make sure you check out the garden while you’re there!
